Khalaf Sons Real Estate W.L.L. is a Bahrain-based property owner and management company. We own, operate and answer for our own buildings — a diverse portfolio of residential apartments, offices and retail units across Bahrain.
We are not a broker. Every unit on this website is managed directly by us, which means the person who shows you the property is the same team accountable for its maintenance, security and cleanliness after you move in.
Our portfolio is deliberately varied — a first apartment for a young professional, a family home, a first office for a growing business, or a shopfront in Muharraq. Different needs, one standard of service.

No. You rent directly from us as the owner, so there is no agency commission on any unit on this website.

A valid CPR or passport with residence permit, and for companies a copy of the CR. We prepare the contract the same day once documents are received.

Each card shows a "from" indicator so you can judge the range. Exact pricing depends on floor, size, furnishing and lease length — ask us and you will get the full price list the same working day.

Yes, and you view the exact unit you would move into — not a similar one. Viewings are available during office hours and by arrangement in the evening.
